Dunlop International Europe Ltd. is a leading company in sporting goods and part of the Sumitomo Rubber Group.

The brand is experiencing significant growth thanks to investments by the Sumitomo Rubber Industries group, which has owned the brand for 5 years. In order to support this constant growth, we wish to recruit in France.


  • Manage and develop the portfolio of partner clubs and teachers in collaboration with the sales team;
  • Help with administrative follow-up under the responsibility of the Marketing team (Monitoring of contracts and management of endowments);
  • Provide entertainment in the main Clubs in France in addition to the field sales team (Available on Wednesdays and Saturdays);
  • Achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by Management;
  • Create and develop a positive brand image;
  • Be in support of the sales force on a daily basis;
  • Develop its activity on all of the brand's racket sports;
  • Develop and maintain a positive brand image;
  • Prospect new customers to ensure business renewal;
  • Advise and train ecosystem actors;
  • Develop and promote a relationship between the brand, the Clubs and the Teachers in its sector;
  • Manage day-to-day administrative work.


  • Experience in racket sports is essential, tennis and padel preferably
  • Experience of the 360° customer approach: understanding of the issues, market research, creation of the offer, presentations, negotiation
  • Years of successful experience in commerce: 3 years minimum


  • Mastery of commercial techniques (prospecting, negotiation, loyalty building);
  • Good level in English required;
  • Excellent command of Powerpoint, Word and Excel;
  • Understanding of the stakes for the various interlocutors (club, brand, distribution network, end consumer);
  • Perfect mastery of the “racquet sports” ecosystem (contact persons, brands, products)

  • Ability to convince;
  • Very good interpersonal skills, network maintenance;
  • Curiosity, tenacity and perseverance;
  • Autonomy;
  • Relational intelligence;
  • Strong appetite for the field.


  • Start of contract: ASAP
  • Duration of the contract: CDI, rest Sunday and Monday
  • Location: France, domicile in the Parian region preferably, geographical mobility essential
  • Remuneration: According to experience
  • Other: Company car, petrol card, telephone, computer
