KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER FRANCE

Dunlop International Europe Ltd. is a leading company in sporting goods and part of the Sumitomo Rubber Group.

The brand is experiencing significant growth thanks to investments by the Sumitomo Rubber Industries group, which has owned the brand for 5 years. In order to support this constant growth, we wish to recruit in France.

MISSIONS

  • Manage and develop the turnover of Key Accounts (Sports Purchasing Centers, specialist networks, e-commerce, GSA) according to the strategy implemented by Management;
  • Conduct commercial contract negotiations in line with the company's commercial policy;
  • Achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by Management;
  • Reference new products adapted to each sales network and identify areas for improvement;
  • Analyze sales and trends through KPIs;
  • Manage the animation of the sales networks in Central and in store according to the strategy implemented by the Marketing Department;
  • Prospect new customers to ensure business renewal;
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and European Product Managers to harmonize the company's commercial policy and inventory management;
  • Monitor the projects inherent to each account for which you are responsible;
  • Be in support of the sales force on a daily basis.

PROFILE:
TRAINING & EXPERIENCES

  • Business school or equivalent;
  • Experience in racket sports is essential, tennis and padel preferably;
  • Experience of the 360° customer approach: understanding of the issues, market research, creation of the offer, presentations, negotiation;
  • Years of successful experience in commerce: 3 years minimum.


SKILLS

  • Mastery of commercial techniques (prospecting, negotiation, loyalty building);
  • Excellent level in English required;
  • Excellent command of Powerpoint, Word and Excel;
  • Understanding of the stakes for the various interlocutors (club, brand, distribution network, end consumer);
  • Perfect mastery of the “racquet sports” ecosystem (contact persons, brands, products).


REQUIRED QUALITIES

  • Objectives and results oriented profile;
  • Ability to convince;
  • Very good interpersonal skills, network maintenance;
  • Curiosity, tenacity and perseverance;
  • Autonomy;
  • Relational intelligence.

  • Start of contract: ASAP
  • Duration of the contract: CDI, framework contract
  • Location: France, domicile in the Paris region or the North of France preferably
  • Remuneration: According to experience
  • Other: Company car, petrol card, telephone, computer
