Commercial Sales Assistant

Dunlop International Europe Ltd. is a leading company in sporting goods and part of the Sumitomo Rubber Group.

Within Sumitomo Rubber Group Dunlop International Europe has been one of the most successful “operating companies” worldwide for a very long time. We are located in several countries in Europe.

Dunlop International Europe Ltd takes care of the sale and distribution of Dunlop tennis, squash, padel, badminton and table tennis items. We also carry the brands for Carlton Badminton articles and K●Swiss tennis shoes, clothing and accessories.

We are looking for: Commercial Sales Assistant (full-time)

Primary responsibilities:

  • As a commercial sales assistant directly reporting to the Sales management, you are a passionate, enthusiastic and a successful team member in a sportive environment
  • Preparation and Supervision of various projects for key accounts, amongst other offers and commercial campaign support
  • Coordinate, prepare and take minutes of meetings (Internal and external) including reviews of excel spreadsheet calculation and prepare PowerPoint presentations.
  • Develop together with Sales manager and our marketing department Sales presentations and analysis reports for the account base and sales teams.
  • Planning and implementation of digital campaigns – e-commerce linked.
  • Representative for predefined action fields.
  • Monitoring of sales and promotions campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyse market development, brand development and customized sales concepts and target group-oriented marketing solutions.
  • Be present at events to promote and sell our brand and products.
  • On occasion join customer meetings with Sales Manager and / or Sales reps.
  • Management of special projects and other general administrative and commercial tasks on the Sales department.
  • Various administrative tasks to ensure that our administration is complete and well organized.
  • Direct reporting line to our Sales Manager Benelux / Export countries.

Who are we looking for:
  • Higher Professional Education oriented, preferably you have completed a commercial education
  • Starter, up to one year of experience in a relevant (international) sales and / or marketing environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms Office
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
  • More language skills could be advantageous in your role.
